Each print is professionally printed and shipped from my print partner located closest to you.

Shipping Carriers
US - Orders ship with UPS for larger prints or USPS for 18 x 24" or smaller prints.

Europe - Orders ship using various carriers including DHL, please get in touch with your shipping address if you need to know which service is used.

Current delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks. Prints are made to order. Please allow 5–8 business days for production, depending on my printer’s current workload.

US orders typically do not require a signature.

Due to the delicate nature of prints and that they are made to order, all sales are final but please get in touch if there are any issues with your order.

Not sure how the art will look with your decor? I’d be happy to create a mockup of the artwork in your space, simply provide a photo. Please get in touch to request this.

Once your order is placed, a non-refundable transaction fee is charged to my shop, so it's best to be sure before completing your purchase

If the artwork has not been printed, I'm happy to change the print if the cost is the same or higher, in which case a separate invoice can be sent to pay the difference.

Although very rare, order errors or damages can occur. 
Please inspect your package and print upon delivery and get in touch as soon as possible. A photo of the incorrect or damaged print will be required so I can assist more quickly.

Please verify that your shipping address was entered correctly during checkout, refer to your order confirmation email. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address.

If your shipping address was correct, contact the courier company linked to your tracking number as soon as possible to report the delivery as missing, please also get in touch here to see if anything further can be done from my end.
Stolen deliveries cannot be replaced for free but I will see if there is any way I can help.

Most prints are borderless unless indicated in the product photos.

Borderless prints can still be matted, mat openings are usually cut slightly smaller than the print size so that the art can be adhered to the mat.

Support Your Local Framer
It's best to start with your local framer especially if you are purchasing a print 24 x 30 inches or larger which can be more difficult to frame yourself.

USA Online Framing Sources American Frame - Frames can be configured to the exact size of your print and purchased as a kit to assemble at home. Simply enter your print size, their system will calculate the frame size with or without a mat.

Frame It Easy - Affordable frames that can also be configured by entering your print size, this may be a good option for smaller prints that are easier to frame at home.

If your artwork will be displayed in a sunny spot, consider using UV-filtering glass or acrylic to protect it from fading. Avoid placing it in areas with high humidity. For long-lasting preservation, choose acid-free framing materials, including mats and backing, to prevent yellowing over time. While custom framing usually includes these materials, lower-cost frames may not, so it’s worth checking.

Most print sizes ship rolled in a sturdy tube or box, while smaller prints may ship flat. Rolling allows for safer and much more affordable shipping.

To flatten the print, lay it on a flat surface and place some weight on the corners. Framers are accustomed to working with rolled prints, so you can provide the artwork directly in its package.
