Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery depending on your location, this includes production time which can take 5 - 8 business days.

No, your order will ship from a partner print lab located closest to you, avoiding duty/customs fees.

Due to the delicate nature of prints and that they are made to order, all sales are final but please get in touch if there are any issues with your order.

If you are unsure if the art will work with your décor or color scheme please get in touch to discuss and/or to request a photo mockup of the art in your space.

Orders can usually be cancelled or changed within 3 hours after placing it, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Although very rare, order errors or damages during transit can occur. 
Please inspect your package and print upon delivery and get in touch as soon as possible, a photo of the incorrect or damaged item may be required. Please keep the original packaging materials, you will be contacted with further instructions to replace your print.

Please verify that your shipping address was entered correctly during checkout, refer to your order confirmation email. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address.

If your shipping address was correct, contact the courier company linked to your tracking number as soon as possible to report the delivery as missing, please also get in touch here to see if anything further can be done from my end.
Stolen deliveries cannot be replaced for free but I will see if there is any way I can help.

Prints only have borders if specified in the size description. Most prints are sized to fit standard, North American frame sizes.

Borderless prints can still be matted, mat openings are usually cut slightly smaller than the print size so that the art can be adhered to the mat.

Support Your Local Framer
It's best to start with your local framer especially if you are purchasing a print 24 x 30 inches or larger which can be more difficult to frame yourself.

USA Online Framing Sources American Frame - Frames can be configured to the exact size of your print and purchased as a kit to assemble at home. Simply enter your print size, their system will calculate the frame size with or without a mat.

Frame It Easy - Affordable frames that can also be configured by entering your print size, this may be a good option for smaller prints that are easier to frame at home.

If the artwork will be hung in a sunny location, it is a good idea to opt for UV filtering glass or Acrylic.
Avoid hanging the art in humid locations.

Choose acid free framing materials such as an acid free mat and backing to prevent the paper from yellowing over time, this is pretty standard now with custom framing but it might not be the case with a lower cost frame.

Most print sizes ship rolled in a sturdy tube or box (small size prints may ship flat).
This allows for safer and MUCH more affordable shipping. The print will easily flatten by laying it down on a flat surface with some weight on the corners.

Framers often deal with rolled prints so you can provide the artwork in its package.
